Our online store represents only a small fraction of the merchandise the store carries; so if you are looking for something particular and don’t see it, please inquire! We may have it in the store and can ship it to you.

Stock Availability:

If the item you have selected is out of stock we will email you promptly to let you know its availability and will do our best to fulfill the order in a prompt and timely manner.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange or credit.

All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us before returning merchandise for a return authorization by e-mail or (410) 750-WOOF (9663).

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The Yuppy Puppy Pet Boutique reserves the sole discretion to determine if a product is not in its original condition. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. Items for return or exchange must be unused, free of pet hair, and in the original packaging. If it is determined that the merchandise is in a condition that appears to be worn and cannot be re-sold, a refund will not be issued.

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund, which will appear on your credit card statement.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact The Yuppy Puppy Pet Boutique within 48 hours of delivery.

Personalized items may not be returned unless defective.

Sizing:

Please remember to measure and consider the size you need carefully. If you have any questions about sizes please call us and we will be happy to help you make your selection.

Coats are typically sized 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” … and so on. This measurement represents the length of the coat. To determine which size to order, measure your pet's body length from the neck to the base of the tail and select the size closest to that without going over.

When measuring the chest area, measure the chest at its widest point, which is usually right behind the dog's front legs.

To determine the proper size collar, measure the circumference of your dog’s neck and add 2”.
